1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Ootlob (ootlob.com). By using the site you agree to them.

2. The marketplace

Ootlob is a marketplace that lists products from independent partner stores. Each partner store is responsible for its own product information, pricing, availability, fulfilment, warranty and after-sales service.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy from the relevant partner store. Prices and stock are shown in good faith but may change; an order is confirmed once the store accepts it.

4. Delivery & returns

Delivery and returns are handled by the partner store fulfilling your order, in line with applicable Lebanese consumer law. Contact us and we will help coordinate.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Liability

Ootlob provides the platform "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Ootlob is not liable for the acts of independent partner stores, but we will act in good faith to help resolve issues.
